Your customized Sonrisa-online Invisible Aligners can be returned at any time during the course of your treatment, as long as the aligners are completely unused. We’ll refund the prorated amount of any unused aligners from your total purchase price. You are responsible for any shipping charges when returning your invisible aligners.
Please follow these steps when returning your purchase:
Pack your unused items in the original packaging.
Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories.

Once we receive and process your return, we’ll email you to let you know your refund has been issued.
